If you have recently updated your Mac O/S and are now unable to launch our LabLink Plus
or DirectPrint programs, try this:

1. Click on a link below.

DirectPrint

This will download a file called 'launch.jnlp'.

2. Right-click on that launch.jnlp file and select 'Properties' or 'Info' then 'Open With'.

3. Go to your hard drive, then 'System', then 'Library'. Inside there open the folder called 'Core Services'.

4. Click on 'Java Web Start app'. Check the box on the left that says 'Always open with this program', and click 'Add.'
