• What is the difference between LabLink Basic and LabLink Plus?

• LabLink Basic is a 'lite' version of LabLink Plus for users with older or slower computers. LabLink Basic contains a stripped-down version of our layout catalog. It gives you access to our standard print and proofing products but not our more complex layouts such as album pages or composites.

• How are orders sent to the lab?

• You can send orders using the built in FTP feature. It's easy and automatic - there's nothing to set up or configure. You can also burn orders to a disc and send them in by mail using our pre-paid mailers

• Can I design albums using LabLink Basic?

• No, LabLink Basic contains only our standard prints, portrait units and proofs. If you would like to design albums but are unable to use LabLink Plus we would suggest you use the online album designer application on one of our Web Gallery sites. The online designer is easy to use and is completely web-based with no software to install.
