  • How are you protecting copying in line or on the DVD? Are you simply using a JavaScript that disables a right click or something more sophisticated?

  • Copy protection on our DVD Proofs is accomplished by creating a video of all of the individual images submitted to us. We render each file individually into a Color, B&W, & Sepia movie. Protecting them from unauthorized copying. When a client plays the DVD on a TV screen it only appears to be individual images, it’s actually a movie they are viewing. There are no individual files on the DVD.

  • Can we combine it with a High Resolution Color corrected DVD?

  • Yes, a High Resolution DVD is available with Auto or Premium Color correction.

  • Why the price difference for different quantities of images?

  • We price this product by the number of images (quantities) because of how the DVD is produced. While DVD Proofs may look like individual images on a TV screen, they are actually a rendered video. You actually receive a video file from us, not a DVD with individual images. The program that was written to create our DVD Proofs has to render each file individually into a Color, B&W, & Sepia movie. The number of images that have to be rendered affects the amount of time it takes to create a DVD. As a result, we price the product based on the time it takes our systems to produce it.

  • Are they color corrected?

  • The prices listed are not color corrected. Color correction is available at $.10 a file. Our free Auto Color Correction service is also available.

  • Do you offer discounts if we order print proofs and the DVD proofing?

  • We do not offer a "bundled" discount for ordering both printed proofs & DVD proofs. There is however a reduced price in ordering both if color correction is requested because you pay for the color correction only once.

  • Are DVD Proofs available with music?

  • Sorry, music is not available with DVD Proofs. If music with images is essential to you, you may want to checkout our Slide Show DVD service.
