Revision Policy

After completing hundreds of designs, we have a good understanding of just what type of feedback you and your clients have regarding our designs. We also realize that although some designs are near perfect, there will always be some where changes and additions will be necessary. We feel the need to implement a nominal fee structure for re-designs that go beyond the ordinary requests.

• We will re-design for free up to six full pages including any combination of requests (i.e.: adding images, moving or replacing images, making images larger/smaller, text, etc.)
• A $1.00 per page fee will be charged for revisions beyond six pages.
• If you are adding images to a design you are required to use our ftp upload system. (call Customer Service for instructions)
• We cannot change the aspect ratio of an album design after completion. (example 10x10 to 8x10 or 8x10 to 8x8).
• Any completed design requesting to alter the aspect ratio or orientation will be considered a cancelled design.
• Any cancelled designs, including completed designs your client no longer wants will be invoiced for a fee of $75.00.
