  3. Add an album to your event.
    • Log in as the photographer.
    • Hit the “edit” button for that event, then select album options.
    • Hit “Add new album” - give it a name & password.
      • Select “NO” for “allow bride to design”.
      • Select album style from drop down list.
      • Pick an album size from drop down list.
      • Leave mat set & background set to all.
      • Skip cover set up should be set to "yes".
    • Hit “save album” button.
See this video for more details.
  4. Album Picks.
    • *** You or the bride must make the Album Picks using the online Album Picks feature before hitting the design request button ***
      • Have the bride log into the event and enter the album password in the “album” field to log in.
      • Here you or the bride can select “use” for the images that you want to be used in the album design.
      • It’s very important to remember to hit the “save changes” key before moving to the next page of images or the selections will not be saved.
    • Give your bride some guidelines on how many images to choose. We recommend 3 or 4 images per page (including background images); so a 30 page design should have 90-120 images selected, etc.
  5. Request Album Design.
    • Once the album picks are made, log back into the event as the photographer and select “edit” then “album options”. Click on the Album Design Services “request” button.
    • Here you will need to fill out the options form.
      • Be sure to enter the number of pages for the design and the LabLink archive disk number.
      • Select a service design level and options.
      • For Gold & Platinum designs please include the bride & groom’s names and event date in the special instructions box.
      • For Platinum albums include any other text you want in the design. (ie: first dance song, vows, poems, etc.)
      • Select the “I agree” button at the bottom of the page and submit.
  6. We Design the Album.
    • Once completed, your design will be posted to weddingprints.com as a new event for album presentation and an email will be sent to you with a link to the design.
    • All album design orders will be invoiced once posted online for all prints, artwork requests and Neuvision/Sedona charges to insure that these designs are active orders.
    • There is a minimum print order of $100.00 on all album designs, including parent albums. Any album design print order that falls short of the minimum will have the difference charged to that order at the time of invoicing.
    • If you are not prepared to accept these charges as part of the design to print process, we ask that you do not submit the design request until which time you can assume the print costs.
  7. Review Album Design.
    • Once designed you will be e-mailed a link to your album review page so you and the bride can review your album design.
    • There is a “comments” feature on the review page where you or the bride & groom can type in any revisions they would like us to make on the design. *** Again, it is critical to hit the “Save comments” button before moving ahead to the next album page or the comments for that page will not be saved.
    • Please be sure to review all the bride & groom’s requested revisions before submitting revisions. (Sometimes the bride will ask for digital artwork, so please let us know if you will allow for the extra charges for any retouching work.)
  8. Submit Revisions.
    • Use our online presenter to communicate with our designers and submit revisions. Click Here to see our Revisions Policy
  9. Review Revisions.
    • Once the changes are complete, we will e-mail a new link to the updated album design following this same process until the album is approved.
  10. Approve Design For Printing
    • Use the album presenter to submit the final approval to print the album prints.
