Custom Ordering Envelopes

Create your own custom ordering envelopes, with your own unique packages on the backs. We offer two types of envelopes: 8½ x 13¾ pocket-style and 9x12 catalog-style.

Ordering envelopes are located in the Sports and Dance and Undergrad Package Printing catalogs of LabLink Plus.

There are two ways to create your envelopes - in LabLink Plus, or using our template guides in Photoshop or another image editing program.

Creating Envelopes in LabLink Plus

• For the front, use either our pre-designed stock image, or drag in one of your own files.
• You can also create a design in Photoshop, save it as a jpeg, and then drag that in.
• Envelopes are not printed full-bleed - there will be approximately a 1/4" white border.
• For the back, use the text boxes to fill in your package information.

Using Our Downloadable Templates

• Download the template files below.
• Extract the template files for use in Photoshop
• Save your work as a jpeg and drag into the 'Blank Front' and 'Blank Back' layouts in LabLink Plus.

8½x13¾ Pocket-Style Envelopes

These envelopes have a 6.75" pocket on the back to hold your customers' payments. Envelopes are perforated at the top of the pocket.

9x12 Catalog-Style Envelopes

These sturdy envelopes have a sealable flap on the top to hold your customers' payments.
