Sports Ordering Made Easy
LustreColor offers an all-inclusive ordering service to streamline your sports orders and eliminate tedious data entry. Simply send us a disk of your images along with our completed ordering envelopes, and we'll take care of the rest, including:
- Color Correcting Each Image
- Data Entry for Each Child
- Printing and Assembling
- Individually Packaging Each Child's Order
How to Order
We will supply you with ordering envelopes for each child to select their packages and fill in their information for product personalization. (See next page for more details)
After shooting, simply return the envelopes along with a disk of your images.
Your order will be printed, individually packaged, and shipped back to you within three working days.
Available Products
All of our most popular sports products are available with this service, everything from trader cards and memory mates to keychains and photo mugs. Each product is shown on the front of the ordering envelope for your customers to see.
What it Costs
Besides our normal prices per product, the only additional charges for our All-Inclusive Ordering Service are:
$0.42 per ordering envelope
$0.25 data entry fee per child
$0.60 packaging fee per child
Ordering Envelopes
We will provide you with ordering envelopes ($0.42 each) printed with your packages and prices, to help you collect your customers’ information and payments. Each product we offer is displayed on the front of the envelope. Your packages and prices are printed on the back.
Each child will use these envelopes to indicate which package and additional items they wish to purchase. They will also fill in their name, league, team, etc. for product personalization. The photographer will mark the team image and individual image to be used for each child. It is the responsibility of the studio to ensure that each envelope is filled out completely and legibly.
