Each student’s pictures are delivered individually packaged. Each packaging envelope is printed with the student’s name, class information, ID and photograph for easy distribution.

Databases
If you require digital services such as ID cards student directories, school C.D.’s, yearbooks or composites we will need to maintain a database. Files should be CSV, (comma or tab delimited text files) Excel spreadsheets or PhotoLynx files. If we are preprinting your camera cards, please allow 7 days for printing and return shipping. Important Note: Please be sure that the files you send to us from the school are in an accepted file format and have complete and accurate information before sending the files to us.

Class Composites
To avoid delays in delivering your package print orders, we recommend that you hold off in ordering your class composite photos until after you have completed your retake photos. Composites can be ordered at the same time and packaged with your print orders if you do not want to include absent students, however all composite prints have to be approved before printing.

Print Reorder & No-Buys Forms
Print Reorder Forms are printed on a 4”x10” sheet of photographic paper with our stock or your custom design. Forms contain the student’s image along with your print sizes, prices and reordering data such as the School’s Name, Order Number, and Student’s Name. *Photo Reorder Forms……$0.25 sheet (Includes insertion in packaging envelope) No Buys Forms are press printed on 81/2 x 11 paper……….$0.15 ea. Please Note: All Volume school orders are automatically posted online at our www.OrderSchoolPix.com web site so your customers can place reorders and/or new orders. The label we place on each package envelope has the students ID information and web site address.

Barcode Cards and Labels
Your CamLynx software allows you to print Camera Cards & Bar-coded labels in your studio or you can send us your
database file and we’ll print them for you. (See prices below.)

File Naming
Please be sure that no two files numbers are named alike and that your image text field has the image number in every cell. Images should be named exactly the same as the file name in your spreadsheet including the file extension. We recommend using the same image number your camera creates. Using the student name can be too lengthy create data problems. Note: Maximum file character length is 28.
Green Screen/Chroma Key Dropout
Green Screen or Chroma Key shooting is rapidly becoming a “must service” in today’s undergrad market. Shooting Green Screen allows you to “Knock Out” your image(s) shot on green screen and replace the background with your own custom background or one of ours. Photographers interested in sending us a Green Screen order must first submit test files before you submitting an actual order. Ordering
CamLynx orders can be mailed or FTP directly to LustreColor. To send us your order, select the CamLynx option from the Order Now section of our site. You will have an option at the end of the order form questionnaire if you wouldlike to FTP your order or print out your order form and mail it to us. Online shipping labels can be found here.
