Direct Fulfillment Set Up

To set up your Web Galleries accounts you will need to do the following:
Note: if you use multiple Gallery sites you will only need to do this once.

  • Sign up for a Google Checkout account, if you do not already have one - see the instructions on the Pricing and Payments page on your Gallery site
  • Upload your events using the Direct Fulfillment option on the Add New Event page. Customers who submit files on disc can check the Direct Fulfillment box on our order form
  • Activate your Direct Fulfillment pricing options from the Pricing and Payments page

Choosing the Direct Fulfillment option when you upload

Upload an event using one of the Direct Fulfillment options. Direct Fulfillment events will be highlighted in blue on your Events Listing screen.

Setting Direct Fulfillment Pricing Options

Go to the Pricing and Payments page on WeddingPrints.com. You will need to edit prices in three categories:

  • Direct Fulfillment by Size and Tone - the print sizes you want to offer
  • Direct Fulfillment Print Option Pricing - sets the available finishing options
  • Direct Fulfillment Image Option Pricing - sets the available retouching and artwork options
