Using the Proof Picks feature

The Proof Picks feature allows your client to select the images that they want to order proofs from, saving you time.

Setting up the Proof Pics feature is simple - from within your event, select the Proof Picks Setup link from the top menu. Assign a password, and you're done. Now, your client will see a Proof Picks login box on the left of the screen. They will enter the password you have assigned.

Your client will select their favorite images by using the checkbox below each individual image.

It's very important that they click the "Save Changes" button on the left before moving on to another page - otherwise their choices will be lost. The total number of images they have chosen appears below.

When they are finished they will click the "Email Photographer" button. You'll be notified via an email from the website that they have finished choosing their photos.

You will now be able to place a proof order from the website and have it automatically select only the files chosen by your customer.
