File Submission Guidelines
All files must be in JPEG format.
Files should not be sharpened prior to uploading. We apply sharpening to each file based upon the print size being ordered.
For best results your files should be in the sRGB color profile.
File names must be
24 characters or less, including the .jpg extension.

- Requirements: Windows 2000/XP/Vista; Mac 10.1.5+ 500MHz speed processor or higher; 512RAM min, 1GB RAM recommended; internet connection (broadband connection recommended)

Click on the download link above. LabLink Plus should automatically download and install.
Mac users: Clicking the download link will download a small file called "launch.jnlp". Run this file to launch LabLink Plus

Using LabLink Plus to upload your files to our Archiving Service
Select the "Upload for Web/Archiving" option in Catalogs
Drag your images onto the upload layout. You can batch add them by clicking Control-A to select them all.
From the "Review Order" screen, enter your event information including your clients name, the event date, and the length of time you want it posted on the web
You can also add archiving to any type of proof order from the review order screen.

What is the difference between LabLink Plus and Direct Print?
- Both programs feature the same variety of layouts and products, and work the same way. The difference is that all files submitted through LabLink Plus are individually color corrected. Orders placed through Direct Print are not color corrected and are printed as-is. Because of this we are able to offer lower prices on our Direct Print products.
How are orders sent to the lab?
- You can send orders using the built in FTP feature. It's easy and automatic - there's nothing to set up or configure. You can also burn orders to a disc and send them in by mail using our pre-paid mailers
Can I design albums using LabLink Plus?
- Yes. We have hundreds of album layouts in a wide variety of sizes, or you can design and save your own custom templates.
